- 200 g dark chocolate (70% min)
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- Melt chocolate + butter and stir
- Stir together yolks with half of sugar and combine with chocolate+butter
- Stir egg whites with second half of sugar
- Put all together and transfer to the spring baking form
- Bake 40 minutes / 180 celc.
Serve with cranberry jelly.
It is said to be french but Mathieu says it is not :-)
