Le negre

  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% min)
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs

  1. Melt chocolate + butter and stir
  2. Stir together yolks with half of sugar and combine with chocolate+butter
  3. Stir egg whites with second half of sugar
  4. Put all together and transfer to the spring baking form
  5. Bake 40 minutes / 180 celc.


Serve with cranberry jelly.
It is said to be french but Mathieu says it is not :-)
